How precisely did evidenture proceed within a client project? We work as an interim manager in different sectors and functions, for instance IT departments and CIO Offices. Other mandates included Customer Service, Sales Support Service, Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Our focus was the setup of new organizational structures and processes as well as the allocation of the respective workforce within the functions.
